We do content creation that can be used for Google Ads - photos, videos, graphics, etc. But we don’t do the actual setup and management in Google Ads.
-
We only create content that can be used on social media - photos, videos, graphics, etc. But we don’t do the actual posting on your account.
-
When you hire us for your project, you’ll be in direct contact with the owner, Lindsey. She will contact you through text or email regarding questions, updates, or things ready for your review. We like to keep communication with our clients mainly through electronic means so we can keep track of everything clearly and respond more effectively. If something ever comes up that needs to be discussed on a phone call, we can schedule one for a time that works for both of us.
-
Every project is unique and our service prices vary greatly depending on what the project is. For instance, a social media graphic is obviously much less than a website design.

websites
-
We typically estimate around 6 weeks, but most projects are completed earlier.
The main things that affect the timeline are:
How many pages you need
How complex those pages are
How quickly content is received - logos, photos, copy, specific details on what pages/sections you want
How quickly you respond with feedback on previews
What we normally do is build out the homepage first and send you a preview to make sure you’re liking the design and overall feel. From there, we’ll continue to build out the rest of the pages. We never stop working until you are completely satisfied with the final product.

Yes it would be preferred! Since your site will be a reflection of your brand, it’s important to have that brand identity in place prior to starting the site.
-
Absolutely! And we offer a discount if you hire us for both your logo/branding and website!
-
Of course! Everything is customized to fit your brand and communicate who you are.
-
Home, About, and Contact are the basics. Other pages you may want to consider include Services, Testimonials, FAQs, Blog, Events, etc. When we discuss the specifics of your site, we’ll give you personalized recommendations based on your business and goals for the site.
-
That’s ok! If you don’t know how to describe what you want, we recommend finding some sites you love the look and feel of and sending them over as inspiration. However, after doing this for so long, we can pretty much take a look at your existing branding and social media to get an idea of your style and design a site that looks and feels like you.
-
Pretty much everything you need is included: domain setup, consultation and planning, target audience/competitor/keyword research, all tech and back end setup, full site design and build, personalization, SEO optimization, mobile friendly formatting, and revisions until you’re happy with the final result.
Optional add ons include brand kit and logo design, content sessions, ongoing SEO optimization, future updates or re-designs, etc. These services aren’t included in the base website price but can be added on anytime for an additional cost.
-
It’s up to you! Some people are excellent writers and want to write all of their own copy. Others hate writing and have permanent writer’s block! You can send us a document with a brain dump of thoughts and information about your business (even if it’s out of order and not perfectly written), and we’ll turn it into organized, cohesive copy that clearly reflects who you are and what you do.
-
Yes!! We don’t have to scrap your entire old site. We can keep the pieces you’d love to still utilize and leave out the ones that no longer fit.
-
That’s totally okay! We can use quality stock images, graphics, and/or illustrations that look professional and on brand so your site still looks polished without you needing to be front and center in the photos.
-
Yes! We offer content sessions that are perfect for websites. These can include:
Brand portraits of you
Team photos and headshots
Product photos
Lifestyle shots of you working or with clients
Detail photos of your space, tools, or products
Images specifically planned for certain sections of your site
If you book a branding session and web design together, we’ll make sure the photography is shot intentionally to fit your layout and overall brand aesthetic (and we’ll give you a discount!).

Because we’re experienced in several different platforms, we’re able to choose the one that truly fits your business rather than forcing everyone into the same box. The best platform depends on your industry, how you’ll use the site, and how hands on you want to be. These are our favorite platforms:
WordPress – Great for content heavy sites, blogs, and businesses that may need more advanced or custom functionality.
Squarespace – Great for service based businesses, personal brands, and small businesses that want an aesthetically pleasing, unique site that’s easy to manage.
Shopify – Best for e-commerce product-based businesses where online sales are the main focus.
For strictly e-commerce sites, we typically recommend Shopify.
For most service based and local businesses, we typically recommend Squarespace.
For blogs or highly customized sites, we typically recommend WordPress.
We also have experience with other platforms, but these are our go-tos. If you already have a website somewhere else, we can either keep building on what you have or move everything over to one of our preferred platforms.
-
Yes! Every website we build is set up to be indexed by Google and other search engines. That said, showing up on page one for competitive searches doesn’t happen overnight. We make sure your site has a solid SEO foundation so it can start building visibility faster as people search for what you offer.
-
Yes. Basic SEO setup is included in our website projects. This includes:
Keyword, target audience, and competitor research to understand what your audience is searching for
SEO titles and meta descriptions for each page
Image ALT descriptions
Strategic headings and page structure
Internal and external linking
Mobile responsiveness
Making sure your site can be indexed by search engines
We also make sure your site structure makes sense for both humans and search engines, which is a huge part of SEO.
-
SEO setup is a one time foundation we build during your website project. It helps search engines understand who you are, what you do, and where you are.
Ongoing SEO is a continuous strategy (this is available for a monthly cost). Our ongoing SEO services include:
Regularly adding new blog posts
Updating on page SEO to continuously optimize pages
-
Yes, absolutely. As part of our research phase, we look at your target audience, local competitors, and keyword data to see what people are searching for in your industry and area. From there, we use those insights to guide your page structure, headings, and copy so your site speaks your audience’s language.
-
Yes! Every site we build is mobile friendly. That means your website will automatically adjust to fit different screen sizes like phones and tablets. Text will not be cut off of the page, buttons will be easy to tap, and layouts will stack in a way that still looks clean and intentional on smaller screens. This is extremely important since around 60% or more of your traffic will come from users on their cell phones.
-
Yes, you will be able to make updates yourself if you’d like. You can have your own login and can change text, swap photos, add blog posts, and make simple edits without needing to know any code.
-
Yes! We can record a personalized screen share video that walks you through how to make basic updates on your site. You can pause, rewind, and rewatch anytime. If you prefer, we can also schedule a live walkthrough to go over everything together.
-
In general, you can absolutely handle things like:
Changing text or prices
Swapping out photos
Adding blog posts
Updating your contact info or hours
We recommend sending things our way when you want to:
Add new pages or sections
Make bigger layout or design changes
Add new features
Troubleshoot something that isn’t working quite right
We’re always happy to talk through what’s possible for you and what’s better handled by us.
-
For these specific features, we’d recommend Squarespace (it has all of those capabilities and more), and we can help you get everything up and running.
-
Squarespace and Shopify have email marketing built into their platforms and they’ve made it super user friendly. Ongoing email marketing is not something we handle but it will be possible for you or your employees to manage easily on your own!
-
We take security seriously. We use reputable platforms and hosting providers, enable SSL (so your site shows as secure with HTTPS), and follow best practices like using strong passwords and keeping software and plugins updated. No website can be 100% hack proof, but we do everything we can to set things up safely and reduce risk as much as possible.
-
Yes. Once your project is paid in full, you own the website content and design we’ve created for you, along with your logo, photos you’ve provided, and copy we’ve written for you. The only thing you don’t “own” outright is the platform itself (like Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress software), since those are licensed tools, but your actual site and content are yours.
-
Pricing depends on things like how many pages you need, how in-depth those pages are, and what special features you want. At larger agencies, custom websites often start around $15,000 and can easily reach $150,000 (for a site that feels pretty cookie cutter). Our full custom websites start at $5,000, intentionally priced to be accessible for small businesses while still giving you a high quality, polished, strategic website personalized to you and your brand. We’ll always give you a clear quote upfront before you sign anything, and we do offer payment plans so it’s more manageable for a small business budget.
-
Yes we do! Pay in 1, 2, 3, or 5 easy payments. Interest free and no credit check required!
-
We understand how busy life gets as a business owner and sometimes you just have to push things to the bottom of the list! If you need more time to get everything together, that is no problem. We are here and ready when you are. Just keep in mind that while the project timeline can be flexible, the payment schedule will continue as outlined in your contract.
-
Because our work is custom and time intensive, all payments made are nonrefundable.
Deposits:
A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on our schedule. We do not start any design or development work until the deposit has been paid.Payment Plans:
If you’re on a payment plan, you’re responsible for completing all payments according to the schedule outlined in your contract, regardless of how quickly you choose to launch or use the website.Overdue Payments:
If payment is not made as agreed and attempts to resolve the balance are unsuccessful, we reserve the right to temporarily disable or remove the website from public view until the remaining balance is paid. Once payment is received, we’ll reactivate the site.
